“Open arms” 
 
This piece taps into a space of healing. The hands signify our ancestors. As an Indigenous person we often forget our emotions stem beyond our current souls experiences. That deep emotions and pain also reflect our inter-generational trauma. Which this pieces creates the space for inter-generational healing. Reminding us that where constantly being nourished and supported with “Open arms” from our ancestors to heal. To complete the many generations of trauma into a space of gratitude, love and appreciation. But creating action to speak with strength, leadership and power for the collective of our ancestors.
